Money plays a critical role in our lives and in the lives of our clients. Our ability to live satisfying and fulfilling lives depends on our ability to align our resources, including money, with our deepest values. However most of us remain unconscious about the assumptions and money “scripts” we carry from childhood and our culture. These unconscious scripts play a large role in determining how we spend, save and view money and often sabotage our attempts to fulfill our deepest dreams.
Plum Cluverius, PCC, and Susan Buniva, MSW, will provide the opportunity for you to reflect on questions that can help you and your clients discern what matters most to you and identify some of the unconscious scripts that drive your behavior around money. Then you can determine what steps will bring your financial behavior and your values into alignment to reach a new level of money maturity.
Plum Cluverius, PCC, has worked in human resources and organizational development for over 30 years. She founded Vedere Consulting in 2000 and has coached and consulted clients in corporations, small businesses, government agencies and non-profit organizations. She serves as adjunct faculty for the Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville, the University of Richmond’s Management Institute and is the member of the Center for Emotional Intelligence and Human Relations Training.
Susan Buniva, MSW, has specialized expertise in family therapy, couples therapy, sex therapy, hypnotherapy, interpersonal therapy, communications training, conflict resolution, mediation, mindfulness therapy, parenting skills and more.
