ICF Greater Richmond members Plum Cluverius, PCC, and Ann Deaton, PCC, have received an award from the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Richmond Chapter called the Hirschler Fleischer NAWBO Member of the Year. They will be honored at a luncheon on June 9 along with other noted achievers. For the past several years, Plum and Ann have donated coaching services to NAWBO through Executive Dialogue coaching groups to women business owners. Each Executive Dialogue group is comprised of 6-12 NAWBO members in non-competing businesses who want to gain awareness and take action to be more successful in their businesses. These once-a-month groups last 8-12 months. Congratulations Ann and Plum!
